A fabulous vintage Wren Toys plaster food plate, featuring a traditional miniature cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon and mushrooms.

The round plate is hand decorated with a blue pattern around the edge and topped with wonderfully characterful moulded plaster food, including a fried egg with bright yellow yolk, rashers of bacon and two mushrooms. The hand-painted finish and slightly irregular detailing give these early miniature foods their distinctive vintage charm.

A lovely original Wren Toys accessory and a particularly appealing piece for a vintage dolls house kitchen or dining table.
